Biometrics enable you to login in using your Face Id without using login details. The Face Id is based on the specifications of your device. The option needs to be enabled from the settings of the phone.
Pre-requisites:
- App version 4.1.8.
- Biometrics must be enabled on the mobile device.
- You must have logged in previously on the mobile app.
Step 1:
On the Login screen, tap on the Biometry icon to login, as shown below.
Step 2:
Please tap on Ok to allow AssetPool app to use Face ID.
The Face id pop-screen will come up, ensure that your face is facing the screen.
Once your face is recognized, you will see a check and the app will open.
