Biometrics enable you to login in using your Fingerprint without using login details. The Fingerprint Id is based on the specs of your device. The option needs to be enabled from the settings of the phone.
Pre-requisites:
- App version 4.1.8.
- Biometrics must be enabled on the mobile device.
- You must have logged in previously on the mobile app.
Step 1:
On the Login screen, tap on the Biometry icon to login, as shown below.
Step 2:
The Authentication required pop-screen will come up. This screen will differ based on the device.
Please put your fingerprint on the Biometric icon as shown below.
Once your fingerprint is recognized, the app will open.
