How to Sign up on the Customer Portal?

Step 1:


Click on the Sign up menu item.

Then fill in the Full name and Email.

Tick the Captcha.

Click on the Register button.


If you get a message that your email address already exists, then please send an email to support@assetpool.com and we will send you the activation email. 


  Once registered, there will be a confirmation on the screen that the activation link will be sent.

 

Click on the link in the email.

 

 

 Confirm your login details.

Click on the Activate and Log in.

You will be automatically logged in.


You will be able to login and navigate to the Tickets menu item to view your tickets or log tickets.
