How to perform Online: Real Time Inspection?

Step 1:
Tap the Job which the Inspection will be performed on. 

Step 2:

Tap the Camera icon to scan the asset barcode.

Step 3:

Point the camera at the barcode to scan.

Step 4:

Tap on the Checklist to begin as shown on the below screenshot.

Step 5:

Where applicable, tap on the View example button.

Start with the first checkpoint and Select either PASS, FAIL or N/A.

Under Evidence, if the Check requires an image, you may add up to seven images.

Under Findings, if the Check requires Findings (Comments), you may add your comments and findings there.

Complete all fields and tap Save to proceed to the next checkpoint.

Note at the Top of the screen, the checklist bar is increasing as you move through the checkpoints to show how far you are.

You can tap on the bar to see Checklist progress.

The checklist Progress screen will come up.

Proceed with the checklist.
When done, the Checklist progress screen will come up. You can tap on any of the checkpoints to make sure that the information is correct or make any required changes.
Then tap on Submit Inspection button.

Step 6:

On the End of Inspection screen, note that the checklist will reflect 100% complete.

Tap on Technician Signature if it is required. This will show on the Inspections report.

Tap on Approver Signature if it is required. This will show on the Inspections report.

If there are any Additional Technicians who worked on the Inspection, they can also sign, up to 5 additional signatures can be captured.

You may add Closing comments, these will form part of the Inspection report.

Tap on Submit & Close Inspection to close the Inspection.

On the pull-down screen, select Close Inspection.

     

Once the Inspection is closed, the progress bar on the inspection will show green and how many inspections have synced.
