How to request for Electronic signature when closing the job?

Step 1:

When closing the Job, and tapping on Capture Signature button, will open a pull-down menu.

There are two Options Capture Approver Signature and Request Approver Signature.

Capture Approver Signature can be used when the person signing for the job is present.

Request Signature Approver Signature can be used if an admin needs to sign for the Job.

Step 2:

Tap on Request Approver Signature option.

Step 3:

On the List that comes up, select or search for the person who needs to sign for the job.

Once selected, you will see confirmation that the Signature has been requested.

The Job status will also change to Pending Signature.

The Status of the Job on the Jobs screen will also reflect that the job is waiting for Signature.

The selected Approver will receive an email notification that they have a signature request.

On the web app, on the Overview page, there is a new tile which reflects Jobs which are waiting for a Signature.

On the All Jobs screen, the Job will reflect that it is Pending Signature.

Click the Job to open it.

On the Job Manager, the Job will show that it is Pending Signature and from which user.

If you are the Approver, the Sign Job button will show.

Click on the Sign Job button.

On the Sign Off Job pop up screen, using a mouse draw the signature.

Type in your name as well.

 Once signed and name typed, click on Sign Off button.

Once signed you will see confirmation that the job has been signed and closed.

On the Job report, the Signature will be shown as below.
