What is Soft reset used for?
To refresh the app when new data has been updated.
Pre-requisite:
App version 4.18.0
Please note that a Soft reset redownloads all data, it will not delete un-synced inspections.
To access the menu, tap on the 3 line menu icon located at the top left.
Tap on Settings.
Step 2:
Tap on Reset button toSoft reset.
Step 3:
Tap the Refresh button so that the app can start syncing.
Then your jobs will show.
