Why am I seeing a blank screen on web app?

The blank screen appears when we have a major update on the web app, the screen does not load correctly due to the cached files on your browser.

 

How to fix?

Press ctrl + F5 at the same time to refresh the screen.

If that does not work for you, On Chrome, click the three dots on the top left, then Settings, Privacy and security, Clear browsing data, tick cached images and files and then click on Clear data.

 

 

On Edge, click the three dots on the top left, then Settings, Privacy , search and services,   scroll to Clear browsing data,   click on Clear browsing data now tick cached images and files and then click on Clear Now.
