How to perform Hard reset on the mobile app?

What is Hard reset used for?

To refresh the app when new data has been updated.

Pre-requisite:

App version 4.18.0

Please note that a Hard reset redownloads all data, it will delete un-synced inspections.

To access the menu, tap on the 3 line menu icon located at the top left.

Tap on Settings.

Tap on Reset button to Hard reset.

Step 3:

Tap the Refresh button so that the app can start syncing.

Then your jobs will show.
