How to Add a User as a Technician?

What is a technician?

A Technician is a Technical user, typically performing inspections in the field.

Pre-requisites:

1. Create Users permission needs to be granted.

Step 1: 

Click on the Users navigation bar item, within the Administration section. 

You will be taken to the screen below, showing a list of all users if there are any.

Step 2:

Click on the +New User button located at the top right corner of the screen.

Select Technician as the type of user to create.

Step 3: 

A New Technician pop-up screen will show.

Please note that all Fields are mandatory.

Provide the Full Name and Email Address.

Select Country Code from the drop-down list.

Provide Mobile Number.

Select the Time zone from the drop-down list.

Assign the Sites applicable to the new Admin from the drop-down list provided.

Click the Create User button to create the user.

You have successfully created a new Technician user as shown below.
