Why am I seeing the Overview Page when clicking on functions or action buttons?

If User does not have permission to access a function, for example, Creating Clients or Sites, accessing User and Asset documentation.

When they click on these, they will be directed to the Overview Page.

To fix that, the Admin who has full rights will then need to give access from the permissions screen.
