How to switch to Offline and Online mode?

Please note that Offline saves the inspections locally, the app is not offline.

Step 1:

Tap on the Online button on the menu, as shown below.

Step 2:

Tap on Offline option, as shown below.

 Step 3:

Remember to select a Site first before going offline so that Site related data can be downloaded.

Step 4:

Select the Site in order to go Offline.

Then tap on Offline mode again.

 Step 5:

The app will prepare to g offline by downloading data.

Step 6:

The app will now be on Offline.

Notice Jobs cannot be created online.

Jobs cannot be refreshed.

Also Zones and Tools are disabled.

 Job history, Asse Tools , Asset verification and logging out are also disabled because they do not work on Offline mode.
