The option is used to enforce the images to appear inline on the Inspections report based on a checklist being used.
Step 1:
On the Inspection Report Evidence Images Inline, slide to the right to enforce the images to show inline on the reports.
When the option is enabled, on the Inspection report and Inspection Asset manager, the images will show as on the below screenshot instead of being at the end of the report.
