How to add checks?

Checks can be added and then added to a checklist later on.

Step 1:

Click on the Checks navigation bar item, found on the left beneath the INSPECTIONS sub-heading.

You will be taken to the screen below.

You are also able to search for a Checkpoint using the Search function.

Click on +Checkpoint, located at the top right hand side.


Step 2:

A New Check screen will pop-up.

 

Step 3:

Fill in the Name.

Select or Deselect Instant Fail.


Select Image rule from drop-down.


Select Comment rule from drop-down.


Provide the Task Description.


Add a Check Image if required. This allows the technician to see what they are inspecting.


Add Predefined Comments if required.


Click on Create Check button to add the check.
