How to View and Edit Asset Custom Fields on the mobile app using QR code?

Pre-requisite:

• Edit asset permission needs to be granted to edit custom fields.

Step 1:

To access the menu, tap on the 3 lines located at the top left and the menu will show.

Tap on Verify an Asset.

Step 2:

Tap the Camera Icon to start Asset verification.

Step 3:

The Asset information will be displayed on the screen.

Tap on the View Asset button.

Step 4:

Tap on Custom Fields as shown below.
If there are no Custom Fields, the number will show Zero.

 The Custom Fields will be displayed as shown below. 

 To edit the custom field, tap on the wheel icon as shown below. 

On the next screen, Edit the field that needs editing, when done tap on Save button.
