How to upgrade a user?

A Technician can be upgraded to an Admin role.

Step 1: 

Click on the Users navigation bar item, within the Administration section. 

A list of all users will show if there are any.

You can also use the search bar to search for the user as shown below.

Click on the User that needs to be Upgraded.

   

 

 Step 2:

 On the menu at the top, click on Edit menu-item.

  

 

Step 3:

On the right hand site, on the block for Upgrade User, which is below Change User Password block, click on Upgrade User button.

  

 

 Step 4:

The Upgrade user to Admin screen will pop-up, asking for confirmation to upgrade the user to admin role.

Click on the Confirm button, to upgrade the user.

 

 

Step 5:

User will now reflect as Admin as shown below.
