How to reset password for Client User?

Password requirements:

• Password length should be 14 characters minimum.
• Different from your 5 previously used passwords.
• A combination of upper case(X Y Z) and lower case(x y z) characters.
• Number (1 2 3)
• Special characters or Symbols (#@!%)

Pre- requisite:

Step 1:

To create a Client User, you can click on the All Clients navigation bar item, found on the left beneath the CLIENTS sub-heading.

On the screen that opens, search for your Client as per below screenshot.

Click on the Client name to open the Client screen.

Step 2:

Click on the Users menu-item.

 Step 3: 

Click on the User who requires the Password to be changed from the list.

 Step 4:

On the Change User Password field, type in the new Password and also confirm the new Password.

Click on the Change Password button.
