How to add a Client User?

Who are Client Users?

Client Users can login and have read only access.

Pre- requisite

  1. Create Client permission needs to be granted.

Step 1:

To create a Client User, you can click on the All Clients navigation bar item, found on the left beneath the CLIENTS sub-heading.

On the screen that opens, search for your Client as per below screenshot.

Click on the Client name to open the Client screen.

Click on the Client Users menu-item. 

Step 2:

Click on the +User icon located on the right-hand side.

Step 3:

Fill in the First name, Last name, Email, Mobile number, Position.

Select the Time Zone as per below screenshot.

Select the Site(s) from the list. Sites can also be searched. 

If user requires access to all Sites the Select All button can be used.

Under Notification Channels, tick desired notification preferences or leave them blank.

When done clink on Create User button.
