How to transfer Asset on the Mobile app?

Pre-requisites:

1.  Transfer Asset between Clients permission needs to be enabled, where applicable.

2. Transfer Asset between Sites permission needs to be enabled, where applicable.

3.  Permission applies to both Admins and Techs.



Step 1: 

To access the menu, tap on the 3 lines menu icon located at the top left and the menu will show.

Tap on Asset Tools.

The below screen will show.

 

Step 2:

Tap the Camera Icon to scan barcode.

Step 3:

Under Asset Tools, tap on Transfer Asset.

 

 Step 4:

Tap on Select Site button, to select the Site to transfer to.

 

 Search for the Site and select.

Once the Site is selected, tap on the Select Zone button.

 

 Search for the Zone and select.

 Tap on the Transfer Asset button.

            

 Then a message will show that the Asset has been transferred.
