Step 1:
Click on the Users navigation bar item, within the Administration section.
A list of all users will show if there are any.
Click on the User whose Permissions need to be changed.
Step 2:
On the menu at the top, click on Permissions menu-item.
Step 3:
Under the Asset list, select the Create Asset permission to give the permission or deselect to take away the permission.
If the permission is removed, it may take a few minutes to update to the mobile app.
If the permission is removed, the user will get this error message when onboarding.
