- It is a template of Site Access List that may be applied to a User.
- Permission for View the User Index is required and Manage Personas is required.
- The name of the Persona must be between 3 and 192 characters.
- The name must be unique.
- All Persona must have atleast one site.
- An entry log is created for each transaction.
- A Site may not be removed from the Persona if there are open jobs.
- If a Persona is deleted, the users are detached from the Persona.
- If Persona is detached from a User, site access remains.
- If a site is added to a User individually, then the user is detached from the Persona.
