How to assign single or bulk component(s) to an Asset on the Mobile app?

Components can only be assigned to Parents on the same site.

Pre-requisite

  1. Manage Asset Component permission needs to be enabled.

  2. Permission applies to both Admins and Techs.

 

Step 1: 

To access the menu, tap on the 3 lines menu icon located at the top left and the menu will show. 

Tap on Asset Tools.

Scan Barcode.

Tap on Assign Asset Components button.
 

 Step 2:

Tap on the Tools & Info button.

 

      

 

Step 3:

Under Asset Tools, tap on Asset Components.

Tap on the + Add to assign, as shown below.

 

 Scan barcode to Assign.

 

 Confirmation that Asset has been assigned.

 

More Assets can be scanned and assigned.

 All assigned Assets will be listed.
